Pregnancy and early parenthood can bring significant physical, emotional and relational change. Support may be useful when anxiety, low mood, a traumatic birth experience, intrusive memories, perfectionism or a sense of disconnection are affecting daily life.

Therapy is tailored to the individual and may include trauma-informed work, EMDR where appropriate, emotional-regulation strategies and values-based support.

Power Psychology works with adults. This is not a crisis, obstetric or emergency service.
